Solidification Time Analysis 0n Multi- Material Casting (Al&Pb)

This work represents a basic overview about the previous literatures efforts into casting process. Some researchers have carried out a maximum number of studies on casting & casting process. Many of them are experimental work and many are the analysis works. In the lot of the case casting process almost all analysis predicts improved performance but at present many experimental studies show different view point about the casting. The purpose of this work is to review critical factor of casting & perform experimentally setup of sand casting processes by using non-metallic multi-material & compare the various casting processes with sand casting by economical consideration parameter (i.e. cost, quality, performance, production time, surface finish, output etc.) & measure the various parameter of sand casting such solidification time, mold filling time & many more parameter related to our cast shape which is truncated rectangular base pyramid or we simply called pyramidal frustum of rectangle base shape volume. we adding or mixing the two non- metallic materials i.e. Hot melt adhesive (HMA) on wax, what has to be change in physical, chemical, mechanical properties. This project aims to analyze or identify the various perspectives of sand-casting process based on available knowledge, experience of experts.
